SUMMARY

The present paper is a literature review plus short comments on the subject, including modern imaging reports on the activation of brain areas by music listening or just imagining it, plus the music use as a therapeutic tool, moodstate and emotions regulator., its role in cinema, plus the  possible role of ʻdream musicʼ, ʻinner hearingʼ and  ʻaudiationʼ in deaf  composersʼ creative output.  The part I appeared in a past issue .
