The Custody and Psychiatric Treatment Hospital (CPTH), or more properly the Judiciaries Madhouses, constitute one of the last frontiers which keeps itself largely wild and inhospitable to a more human understanding of the phenomena that on it shall close[1]. The judiciaries madhouses are complex institutions that can articulate on one hand, two of the most depressing realities of modern society – the insane asylum and jail - and on the other, two of the most tragic ghosts that haunt everyone: the criminal and the madman[2]. It is the place wich indicates a space to these classificatory limits, where people in safety measure could not be accommodated neither in hospices nor in prison, it is the establishment to which today, they still send egressed from a defined situation of destinations: the expertise[3].
